COURSE DETAILSFor Circuit Launch members who want to utilize the tools of the Wood Shop for projects, this class is an overall orientation in what machines and power tools are available and how to use them properly & safely. Non-Members are welcome but membership is required to use the tools unsupervised. The Wood Shop has an extensive collection of hand tools, power tools and machinery including a large band saw, drum sander, drill press, mortiser, benchtop router, chop saw, lathe, extended table saw, scroll saw, panel saw and much more. The equipment is capable of fine woodworking and cabinetry, and prototyping in wood and plastic.
